Amazingly helpful staff, close to train station and city center, great tour and dining recommendations, spacious bathroom, no street noise.

The breakfast was varied, good and plentiful. Was refilled again and again!. The location is super, very central, all sights can be easily reached on foot.

The single rooms are very small, almost tiny! In the evening very noisy, because the room facing the street has no soundproof windows. . The mattresses must be replaced in any case, they are very old and worn out!

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the station and very central. Good breakfast. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

original hotel, room was functional and new-fashioned. above average and lovely breakfast with ham, meats - well worth the money. central location, at a moderate distance from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. found in the residential area very close to all the central attractions, near by train station and the airport.

Conveniently located with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. Only a short walk to all major attractions in the city, including the train station. Clean, basic rooms with a quiet atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff, fluent in English. Enjoyable breakfast buffet with a good selection. Free wifi.

Although the hotel doesn't provide free parking, they have an agreement with Garage Excelsior for parking at a rate of 20 euros per day. We took advantage of this and found it convenient.

The room is well-appointed and extremely pleasant and the staff are attentive. Variety of products for an above average breakfast.

The location was good and the breakfast was good as well, with lots of fruit, brown bread, cake.

The rooms were quite small and already a bit worn out.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with any requests or questions I had. They were always friendly and accommodating. The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is close to the main train station and just off the beautiful Arno river. It was so convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely small balcony. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options including delicious croissants and great cappuccinos. the service, location, and breakfast made this stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.
